The Woodland Mews
Putting a spin on the traditional approach, we developed a
community-based brand experience for this residential real estate
project. From the clubhouse re-design, to the sales center displays,
give aways and branded collateral, all of the marketing components
were designed to heighten the consumer experience. Contrasting
dramatically with the lifestyle familiar to most condominium
communities, the approach provided a window into cool city living
and a new twist on real estate marketing.
